Can I change an items after I order?
We can change an item in your order for the same value if you message us within 3 hours after placing your order.
Can I add an item after I order?
Please email us within one hour of order at help@supplymatter.comto make changes.

You can apply your code on the checkout page in the discount field then hit apply.

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE to the U.S., Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.
Where do you ship from?
All our products are made locally in and ship out from Ottawa, Canada.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We usually ship out orders in 24-48 hours, excluding weekends, Canadian and US holidays.
Refunds & Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
- We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- You can return any item within 90 days of purchase (excluding gift cards, subscription items or any digital product such as shipping protection or insurance).

Do you provide return labels?
Yes we will provide the return label should you need it at no extra cost to you. (US and Canada only)
Subscriptions
Can I return my subscription order?
- Supply Matter subscription items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns. In the event your item(s) are not delivered in perfect condition, they are replaceable within 30 days of their delivery date.
- Please be sure you want to sign up for subscriptions before placing your order, we will double confirm before every subscription and before every renewal period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- All of our subscription plans automatically renew (with the exception of gift subscriptions). To avoid subscription renewal, be sure to cancel your subscription no later than one day prior to your scheduled billing date.
- Your billing date can be found in your Supply Matter profile. If your subscription is canceled after your scheduled billing date, your cancellation will ensure you aren’t billed again in the future.
- To cancel your membership, please use the self serve portal. Once your subscription has been canceled, you will receive an email confirming your subscription’s cancellation.
- Please note that subscription orders are non-refundable.
